We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist to join our team and support the continued growth of Bergerault Percussions.

      Projects

      The Bergerault Percussions Product Specialist will serve as the primary expert on all Bergerault percussion instruments, engaging with musicians, educators, and orchestras, to promote, demonstrate, and provide technical support for our product line. This role is critical in driving sales, enhancing customer relationships, and positioning Bergerault Percussions as the premier choice for percussion instruments.

       

      Key Responsibilities:

      – Direct Sales: Establish relationships with issuers of tenders to be the first to know
      and manage the process to allow Bergerault to win tenders. Sell direct to musicians
      and orchestras when required.
      – Sales Support: Assists the Bergerault and Buffet Crampon sales team by providing
      product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations to customers and
      dealers, helping to achieve sales targets.
      – Product Expertise: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Bergerault’s
      range of percussion instruments, including marimbas, xylophones, vibraphones,
      timpani, and concert bass drums etc….)
      – Customer Engagement: Offer consultations, workshops, and product
      demonstrations to percussionists, music educators, and students, ensuring they
      understand the unique benefits of Bergerault instruments and they buy Bergerault
      products either directly or via our dealer network.
      – Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and clinics for dealers, educators,
      and end-users, providing detailed insights into the features, care, and performance
      of Bergerault instruments.
      – Event Participation: Represent Bergerault at trade shows, music festivals,
      educational conferences, and other events to promote products and connect with
      the percussion community.
      – Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce educational and
      promotional materials, such as photos, videos, product guides, and social media
      content that highlight the strengths of Bergerault instruments.
      – Market Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from customers, artists, and dealers
      to provide valuable insights to the product development team for future innovations
      and improvements.
      – Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sales support, including answering
      technical questions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with the customer
      service team to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
      – Reporting : Insure that any information collected which can improve Bergerault and
      Buffet Crampon sales and/or may help them in their customers and prospects
      knowledge, is regularly and accurately transmitted to the concerned sales
      management team

      – Operational: Bergerault CEO
      – Functional: Chief Commercial Officer Buffet Crampon Group

      Required profile

      Qualifications:
      – Extensive experience as a percussionist, percussion educator, or related role in the
      music industry.
      – Deep knowledge of percussion instruments, particularly concert and orchestral
      percussion.
      – Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
      engage and build relationships with musicians of all levels.
      – Sales experience in the musical instrument industry is highly desirable.
      – Ability to travel frequently for events, dealer visits, and customer engagements.
      – A true team player
      – Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales support tools.
      – Passion for music and a strong commitment to the percussion community.

        Projects

        Body makers create the foundation of our exceptional flutes. They are responsible for precious metal tube preparation and treatment, assembly and installation of the following components: ribs, posts, boxes, and barrels, as well as fitting of the steels. The position demands expertise in gold and silver metalworking, soldering, and a strong understanding of geometry and dimensions, attention to detail, excellent time management skills, a high degree of manual dexterity, patience, and openness to feedback.

        The position is Full-time (40 hours per week) and is based in Maynard, Massachusetts at our workshop.

        Required profile

        The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience making Handmade flutes in precious metals. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
